Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-21

1. Who we are

IntelSupreme, Oregon, USA ("we", "us") runs the IntelSupreme service. Contact: terms@intelsupreme.com.

2. Agreement

By creating an account or using a plan, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

3. What the service does

IntelSupreme fetches publicly available videos and posts on the topics you choose (YouTube, Bilibili, Reddit, X and Hacker News), uses AI to pull out the useful points, and stores the results in your library, where you and the AI apps you connect can search them.

It is a research tool. AI output can be wrong, and it reflects what the sources said, not what is true. Check anything you rely on.

4. Your account

You sign in with Google or GitHub. Keep your login and project links to yourself. You are responsible for everything done with your account, including by AI apps and agents you connect to it.

5. Plans

Pay as you go: we run the AI, and your plan includes a monthly amount of usage. Extra usage you buy rolls over and does not expire.

Own API key: AI work runs on keys or accounts you connect (for example OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or Cloudflare). Those companies bill you directly under their own terms; we don't resell, cap or refund their charges.

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of YouTube lookups. Prices and allowances are the ones shown when you subscribe.

6. Payment, cancellation and refunds

Plans are billed monthly in advance until you cancel. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the period you paid for. We don't give prorated refunds, and extra usage is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

Changing plans: before any change we show what you'll pay and nothing happens until you confirm. An upgrade is charged in full that day and starts a new monthly period; the usage you have left carries over on top. A move to a cheaper plan starts at your next bill. A switch from pay as you go to your own API key takes effect at once, with no refund for the rest of the period.

Where your local law gives you a right that cannot be waived, that law wins over this section. If something goes wrong on our side, write to us first; we'd rather fix it.

7. When a plan ends

If your plan or trial ends, your account becomes read-only: you can still read, search and download your library, and connected AI apps can still read it. Adding new content needs an active plan.

8. Your content

What you create and save is yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, process it, back it up and show it to you and to anyone you choose to share it with.

Videos, transcripts and posts belong to the people who made them. You are responsible for having the right to use what you ask us to process, and for following the rules of the sites it comes from.

A library you share is readable by anyone with its link until you turn sharing off.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use IntelSupreme to break the law, harass anyone, collect private personal data, resell access or our output as a data product, get around usage limits, or interfere with the service. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that do.

10. Availability

The service is provided as-is. The sites we fetch from change without warning, so parts of the service can stop working for a while; scheduled searches may pause during an outage. We may change or remove features and will give notice where practical.

11. Our software

The software, prompts and design are ours. Using the service doesn't transfer any of it to you.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service comes with no warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose. Some places don't allow these limits; there they apply as far as they can.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date and tell you in the app or by email about important changes before they apply to you.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
