Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

IntelSupreme, Oregon, USA runs IntelSupreme. Questions about your data: privacy@intelsupreme.com.

2. What we collect

Account: your email address and profile name from Google or GitHub when you sign in.

Your library: the topics, links and searches you set up, the briefs and files we make for you, your chats, and any transcripts you upload.

Keys: AI and data keys you add are stored encrypted and are never shown back in full.

Billing: handled by Stripe. We store your plan and Stripe identifiers, never card numbers.

Usage: what your account used, so we can show how much is left, plus operational logs for reliability.

3. What we don't do

We don't sell your data and we don't run advertising trackers. Your library is private unless you share it.

4. Who processes data for us

Cloudflare hosts the service, stores your library and runs some AI and voice models. Our fetch and transcription server runs at Hetzner (Germany).

OpenRouter routes AI requests to the models that write your briefs and answer chats (for example DeepSeek). Google Gemini watches Shorts. Deepgram voice models (run on Cloudflare) power voice calls.

To search and fetch public content we send your search terms and links, not your name or email, to TikHub and Apify (Reddit and X), Algolia (Hacker News) and YouTube data providers.

Google and GitHub provide sign-in. Stripe processes payments.

On the own-key plan, the AI companies you connect receive the content you send them, under their own privacy policies.

5. Shared and cached content

Transcripts of public videos are cached and may be reused when another account processes the same public video. Transcripts you upload yourself stay private to your project.

A library you share is read-only for guests, and each guest read is credited to you. Guests sign in with Google.

6. How long we keep it

Your library stays until you delete it. Deleted files and projects stay in Trash for 30 days. Earlier versions of a file are kept for 30 days.

Deleting a project removes its files and the private transcripts in it.

To delete your account, email privacy@intelsupreme.com.

7. Your rights

You can read and export your library from the app at any time. For access, correction, deletion or portability requests, email privacy@intelsupreme.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you have the rights set out in the GDPR.

We post changes here with a new date.
